Feel. Moved. – Basic Strength Program
These are simple exercises that you can do at home with very little or no equipment. They will help you prepare your body for most activities – whether it’s yoga, running, cycling or swimming. These are also great to do if you just want to build and maintain your strength, tone and posture for day-to-day activities.
